It's finally here, the Elderflower Stitches 2020 Advent Calendar!
In true Elderflower Stitches fashion, this yarn advent calendar will be filled with gentle, delicate pastel shades in semi-solids, tonal and variegated colourways. It is designed to work in a subtle fade from 1 to 24, perfect for advent knitting. You can also add a full skien for Christmas Day and have the option to add one of my signature round-based project bags in an exclusive print.
The theme is "My kind of Christmas" which involves lots of champagne gold baubles, the gentle glow of warm fairylights, the soothing sound of traditional carols, slow days shopping in little boutiques in quaint villages, indulging in tipsy truffles and elegantly wrapped presents under the tree. The pictures shown are to give an idea of the style of packaging, colour palette, and the bag and also a few snaps from Christmases past to give you a feel for what my kind of Christmas really is. The aesthetic will be soft, soothing and easy on the eye.
Each advent calender will include 24 individually wrapped 20g mini skeins, with some lovely goodies sprinkled throughout, including progress keepers, stitch markers and other sweet notions, as well as a few festive yummies!)
For the yarn base, you can choose from my classic Supersock - a super smooth, high twist 4 ply sock yarn for great stitch definition, 85m/20g, 75% superwash merino 25% nylon or Super DK - a high twist DK yarn, 45m/20g 75% superwash merino 25% nylon.
All advent calendars will be shipped from September onwards, starting with international orders first. I would recommend upgrading your shipping to ensure that you can track your parcel.
Delivery: Standard delivery is Royal Mail 2nd Class for UK orders and and International Standard for everywhere else. If you wish to, you can upgrade to First Class Signed For for UK or International Tracked and Signed, so that you can track your order. Please note, this will not affect processing time.
